After graduating from an acting conservatory in New York, she pulled her investments to hire a couple of agents. According to the actresses, she always felt like a bridesmaid when it comes to auditioning for roles. However, she was fortunate enough to be cast as the face of those countless Toyota adverts. In 2014, she even furthered her popularity as Jan when she incorporated her pregnancy into the commercials.

Apart from playing Jan, Coppock has also appeared on several TV shows and films. Some of which include Crazy, Stupid, Love, 2 Broke Girls, Modern Family, and Arrested Development.
