Three years later, he became official with model Jacob Bixenman and even alludes to him in his single Heaven. However, as The Daily Telegraph reported, sources have validated that the duo split just after Sivan flew to his hometown, Perth, Australia. The gorgeous couple stayed in a relationship for over four years.
